If Conor McGregor‘s bid to become Ireland’s next president is successful, he has promised to lay down the law in his country.
Due to his unapologetic personality, McGregor is a love him or hate him type of character. He has battled through adversity throughout his career to become one of the biggest names in combat sports, but not everybody is fond of the Irishman.
As he puts his fighting future on hold to focus on a presidential run, Conor McGregor has been targeted by some notable names. One of those people was Rosie O’Donnell, who labeled the state of US politics “very depressing” after McGregor’s appearance in the Oval Office.
Speaking to Tucker Carlson, McGregor revealed the rules all citizens and migrants must follow if he takes leadership of Ireland, including American-born Rosie O’Donnell, who now resides in the nation.
“What is her criminal history?” McGregor asked. “Has she got a criminal background? How did she enter the country? Did she enter the country illegally?”
“Has she assimilated with our community? Does she hold our beliefs? Is she an upstanding member of our community, or would she be?”

McGregor later confirmed that if these standards are not met, Rosie O’Donnell will be deported back to the United States.
“If she is not, then she’s got to go! You ain’t got to go home, you’ve got to get the hell out of here.”
“But, I don’t know Rosie O’Donnell from Adam. I believe she’s a comedian. I’ve seen her on our national TV, she’s spoken a bit ill of me.”
“I don’t know Rosie. She seems unhappy. She seems [like she’s] going through something at the moment, and I’m not the type of person to kick a person when they’re down.”
“I believe she’s a comedian is what her craft is. I wish for her to find her happiness again, and that is it.”
